Common questions

Which service fits me?

Small parcels across town suit last-mile delivery. Large loads between cities or islands suit trucking. Fresh food and produce need the cold chain. If you want stock held and shipped as orders arrive, choose warehousing and fulfilment. Not sure? Tell us about the shipment and we will suggest one.

Do you cover my route?

Ask about your route through the quote waybill. We answer for that route, not with a general list.

Is there a minimum shipment?

It depends on the service and the route. Ask us, and we will explain for your shipment.

Can you carry chilled or frozen goods?

Yes. Our cold chain uses refrigerated trucks for chilled and frozen goods. Say which temperature you need in the quote.

Can individuals send with you?

Our services are built for businesses. If your shipment is personal but regular or large, just ask.
